What you’ll learn

Day One

Module 1. The power of focus - setting the scene
This first module is the foundation of all the others, the power of daily focus in the direction of your goals is critical in this ever changing world of business. Most people major in minor things, never quite achieving their desired goals, this module will examine the importance of the 80/20 rule and the four critical stages for success as a fantastic starter for ten.

Module 2. Ultimate rapport building skills
Do you find it difficult or awkward to get along with people what to say, how to strike up a conversation at a networking/social event where others find it easier and seem to be chatting with just about anybody, this module will examine many fantastic rapport building techniques – the level of business you can achieve expands or contracts in proportion to one’s ability to build rapport.

Module 3. How to hit the sweet spot in sales
This is a fantastic opportunity to learn what the ‘sweet spot’ is and how to hit it each time with your clients. You will learn tips and tricks in spotting customer reaction to your sales pitch, and the tools to successfully close a deal every time. Every business involves some degree of selling, so this is not to be missed.

Module 4. Memory magic (names/meetings etc.)
Does your memory ever let you down? If it does (and most people’s do) then this module helps you easily remember names, dates, appointments and anything else that could make the difference between winning and losing customers, without customers your business can suffer, even for not remembering something about the client that could close the deal.

Module 5. Understanding neuro-linguistic-programming (NLP) in business
What are some of the secrets of people skills? Does the term NLP sound like gobbledegook if so then this taster session examines the importance of the communication model, learn other rapport techniques; understand visual, auditory, kinaesthetic people and why eye assessing cues can help close a deal.

Day Two

Module 6. Customer confident and focussed
This master class session will examine the importance of keeping your customers for life. How hard do we all work to get new customers, through expensive advertising channels only to ignore them once they are on your books? Learn how to keep your customers and build that all important relationship with them for life.

Module 7. Presenting yourself magically
This session examines how to deliver a powerful energetic message, using TEN powerful techniques to put your case over in a professional, confident and competent way, therefore gaining the edge over the competition and clinching that deal.

Module 8. Language and behaviour (LAB) techniques
How powerful is language and that of your client’s, learn techniques that enable you to profile their thinking/responses. This session combines gaining rapport and then understanding why people do what they do i.e. motivational/working traits.

Module 9. The power of the voice including the magic of metaphors
How is your voice, do you know how to use the tonality, timbre, speed etc to your advantage. Learn how to use many techniques to gain trust and build relationships. Understand the importance and power of metaphors.

Module 10. Putting it all together and future pacing for success
This session does what it says putting all the modules together open discussion on the journey and how it has helped you and the business establishing where necessary action plans and future pacing for success.
